Note: For iOS (Apple) users, you must have an email account configured within the native Apple mail app on your device. The app cannot export via a 3rd party app, such as the Outlook or Gmail app.
Emailing Notes that user has taken on Sessions and/or Exhibitors:
If a user takes notes on Sessions or Exhibitors, those notes will be stored and accessible to them via the My Notes icon on the app dashboard. The user can email those notes by taking the following steps:
1. Tap the My Notes icon on the main app dashboard
2. Then tap the box with arrow pointing up icon that is present in the top right corner of that screen.
3. That will open a menu where the user can tap Email Show Summary. As long as the device configuration requirements surrounding email are in place on the user’s device, tapping this Email Show Summary option will bring up an email draft where the Notes they have taken on items are automatically in the email draft body.
4. The users email address would be automatically populated in the “From” field and all the user would need to do is type in the email address they want to send this email to in the “To” field.
5. Then they would simply tap the Send button to send the email.

5. The users email address would be automatically populated in the “From” field and all the user would need to do is type in the email address they want to send this email to in the “To” field.
