- Go to your admin page: https://admin.core-apps.com/SHOWCODE
- Replace SHOWCODE with your event’s unique show code.
- This link can also be found in your Kick-Off Email from your Implementation Specialist.
- Once on the Home screen, navigate to the SHOW INFO tab at the top.
- In the Show Info section, click on INFO PAGES.
4. Once within the Info Pages, you will find your default pages “aboutApp” and “aboutShow.”
aboutApp – This page contains support details provided by Core-Apps in case assistance is needed during the live event.
Example: It may include contact information or troubleshooting tips for attendees.
Please note: All content on this page can be customized to meet the needs of your specific event.
aboutShow – This page provides key details about your event, such as the date, location, and event description.
Example: While this content can be modified, the original information is pulled directly from your Discovery Form.
5. To edit an Info Page, simply click the EDIT button next to the page you’d like to update.
6. After clicking EDIT, you can begin making the necessary updates to align the content with your event details.
7. When you've finished making your changes, be sure to click SAVE to apply your updates.
To Add a Logo to your Info Page:
- Under File Uploads, select the logo you’d like to use.
- Once the file uploads, an image URL will be generated.
- Drag and drop the logo into the Description box.
4. Resize the Image (if it appears smaller than desired):

- Double-click on the image to open the Image Properties box.
- Adjust the width and height fields to resize the image as needed.
5. Click OK – This will allow you to review how the new logo or image appears on the page.
Example: A 1024x1024 logo resizes well at width: 100 and height: 100.
Editing or Adding a Link Within the Description Box:
You can link to an external URL or create an email message link. Below are the steps for both options:
To Add or Update a URL Link:
- Highlight the word or phrase you want to link (e.g., Get Support).
- Click the Link button in the toolbar.
- To edit an existing link, simply double-click the linked text to open the Link Properties box.
3. When the link box opens, this box will appear.
In the Link Properties Box:
- Display Text: The highlighted word or phrase will appear
- Link Type: URL
- Protocol: https://
- URL: Enter the web address (e.g., www.core-apps.com)
- Click OK to save.
Frontend Preview:
The text will appear as a clickable hyperlink based on your settings.
To Add or Update an Email Link:
- Highlight the word or phrase (e.g., Get Support).
- Click the Link button in the toolbar.
- Display Text: The highlighted word or phrase will appear
- Link Type: E-mail
- E-mail Address: Enter the desired support email
- Message Subject/Body: Optional
- Click OK to save.
Frontend Preview:
The link will open the user's email client and pre-fill the email address.
