What are the required items for Apple submission?

Multi-Show App Vitals

Details & assets submitted for the below should be branded generically to represent the collection of events to be held within the newly created Multi-Show App.

  • Official Multi-Show App Title:
    30 Character limit, no exceptions, and should be generic to encompass all events held within.

  • Button Icon Tagline:
    11-character limit, including spaces. No exceptions!

  • App Store Description:
    100-200 Words, displays within app stores, and should be generic to encompass all events held within.

  • Shortcode:
    No special character other than underscore/dash. No caps, spaces, or inclusion of the year permitted. This should be generic, i.e., area_conferences

  • Apple Submission Date:
    Must be at latest 60 days out from the show start date.

  • App Store Keywords:
    Searchable terms to find the app within the store.

 

Multi-Show App Graphics

Multi-Show App graphics should be branded generically to represent the collection of events to be held within the newly created Multi-Show App.  These graphics should not contain reference to any one specific event, dates, locations, or to any specific event sponsor. 

Button Graphic

  • 1024Wx1024H pixels, 300 dpi, .png format
  • Apple Watch graphic guidelines require an icon with a light-colored background. If you would like to submit a button icon with a dark background for display on mobile devices other than the Apple Watch, please supply a second button graphic with either (a) white background or (b) a light colored (white) border all the way around.

  • 1024Wx500H pixels, 300dpi, .jpg or .png format
