Event (Session) Handouts - How to Upload
This article provides step-by-step instructions for uploading event (session) handouts to your mobile app.
If Events (sessions) are coming into the app system via an API or a spreadsheet upload, handouts can be added to that data so long as the handout is hosted on a public URL.
An example of a hosted public URL is: https://static.coreapps.net/katelynsandbox/documents/af8c5c7d14d89d65e447dc3994c796fa.pdf
If you do not have your handouts hosted on a URL, the actual PDF file of the handout can be uploaded to the event within the app admin site by taking the following steps:
Navigate to your event admin site: https://admin.core-apps.com/SHOWCODE
Click on the Events button in the top toolbar -
Once in the Events module, click on Add Handouts from the left side menu -
On the Add Handouts page, select the Event (session) from the dropdown list for where you want to upload the handout to.
Enter the Handout name & then choose the Handout file from your computer.
Click the UPLOAD HANDOUT button to upload.
Once a handout has been uploaded, when you go to the detail page for the specific Event in the app admin site, you will see the handout listed on it's page. Example:
