How to Upload Photos as Event Admin

This article provides step-by-step instructions for uploading photos to the in-app photo gallery as the event admin.

To upload photos to the photo gallery as the event admin, click the Pictures hyperlink from the lefthand menu of the home screen of your event admin site. On the photo gallery admin page, click the Upload Photos button at the top of the page

 

Click the Add Files button to select the photo(s) from your computer. You can upload a maximum of 5 photos at once. 

Add a caption if you'd like for the photo(s).

Once you have selected the photos, click the Start Upload button.

To go back to the gallery of photos, click the Manage Pictures - Live 

 

On the Live Photos page, click on any photo to view it larger.

Viewing a photo larger will also give you the options to add a caption at that time, delete the photo (the red X) or download the photo (the blue download button)
