The Speaker Portal is not available for all app packages so please check with your Mobile Implementation Specialist to confirm your package includes this functionality if you are interested in using it.
The Speaker Portal allows speakers to load their own headshots and PDF documents (session handouts) themselves. *Your data must contain private speaker email addresses to utilize the speaker portal.
Once you confirm you would like to use the Speaker Portal & provide the speaker private email addresses with your speaker data, your Implementation Specialist will provide you with both a "heads up" Welcome email suggested verbiage document & the actual eBlast verbiage document that will be sent from the mobile app system to your speakers for them to log into the Speaker Portal.
Speaker Welcome Email doc - this is the email verbiage that we are suggesting you send to your speakers around 72 hours prior to the time you would like us to send out the log in information. Please review and feel free to make edits as you see fit. Please remember, this email should go out ONLY to those Speakers who you have provided a private email address for in the speaker data.
Speaker eBlast doc - this is the email verbiage that we (your mobile app system) will send to your speakers giving them their portal log in information. You will then provide any edits to the eBlast email verbiage back to your Implementation Specialist along with confirming the day you want the eBlast to send (this must be a business day).
Note: The app will need to be out of Preview Mode before any of these emails are sent from your team or from us!
We will then handle sending the eBlast to your speakers on the specified date.
