Exhibitor Portal & eBlast
The Exhibitor Portal allows exhibitors to load their own logo and PDF documents (handouts) themselves. *Your data must contain private exhibitor email addresses to utilize the exhibitor portal.
Once you confirm you would like to use the Exhibitor Portal & provide the Exhibitor private email addresses with your Exhibitor data, your Implementation Specialist will provide you with both a "heads up" Welcome email suggested verbiage document & the actual eBlast verbiage document that will be sent from our Mobile App admin system to your Exhibitors for them to log into the Exhibitor Portal.
- Exhibitor Welcome Email doc - this is the email verbiage that we are suggesting you send to your Exhibitors around 72 hours prior to the time you would like the mobile app admin system to send out the log in information. Please review and feel free to make edits as you see fit. Please remember, this email should go out ONLY to those Exhibitors who you have provided to us with a private email address for in the Exhibitor data.
- Exhibitor eBlast doc - this is the email verbiage that the mobile app system will send to your Exhibitors giving them their portal log in information. You will then provide any edits to the eBlast email verbiage back to your Implementation Specialist along with confirming the day you want the eBlast to send (this must be a business day).
Note: The app will need to be out of Preview Mode before any of these emails are sent from your team or from us!
Your mobile app team will then handle sending the eBlast to your Exhibitors on the specified date.
