Uploading Exhibitor Logos
This article provides step-by-step instructions for uploading exhibitor/sponsor logos to their app record.
Exhibitor/Sponsor logos can be uploaded via the exhibitor/sponsor data (if the logo is on a hosted URL) OR can be uploaded individually with the actual logo file within the event admin site.
After you have uploaded your Exhibitors/Sponsor records, navigate to your event admin site: https://admin.core-apps.com/SHOWCODE
Click into the Exhibitors/Sponsors module from the top toolbar
To add the logo for a record, click the EDIT button for that record
On the record's edit page, scroll down to the Logo area (about halfway down the page) & select the logo file from your computer -
Before saving the page, scroll down further and select the checkbox for 'Logo Paid'. This checkbox must be selected for the logo to appear in the mobile app.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
