What are the requirements for designing and loading my mobile application graphics?


IdeaBelow are details/specs for the required app graphics.

Graphics listed in this article should be unique to each event, and must be in .png format unless noted otherwise.  

 

Button/Logo Graphic:  

The button graphic is required and should be specific to the current event's app. 

  • 1024Wx1024H pixels, 300 dpi, .png format  

Logo for Watermark:

Displays on My Schedule screen (optional).

  • 320Wx80H pixels max, 300 dpi, transparent or white background, .png format. 

Event Specific Launch Graphics:  

All sizes should be specific to your current event's app. It should be one design as far as look/colors are concerned, but in the following sizes:

Branded Banner Ad & Landing Pages (at least one recommended) 
You have the option of adding one or more in-house banner ads with an accompanying landing page to the app.

  • Banner limits are based on your contracted features:
    • EventLink is allowed three banners
    • EventLink+ is allowed five banners
    • FollowMe is allowed unlimited banners
    • You will load any banner ads to include in the app via your Admin Site, so there is no need to submit those to your Implementation Specialist
  • Banner Ad:   
            640Wx110H pixels, 300dpi, .png format 
  • Landing Pages (optional):
    • 320Wx418H pixels, 300dpi, .png format
    • 640Wx1008H pixels, 300dpi, .png format
    • 1536Wx1920H pixels or 768x960 pixels .png format
    • 1408Wx1408H pixels or 704Wx704H pixels .png format
    • 1080Wx1920H or 2160Wx3840H pixels .png format 

Sponsor Launch Graphics (Optional)

Sponsor launch graphics are not required, but if uploaded are visible for a few seconds while app updates are syncing to the user's mobile device before they are taken to the App Dashboard. Use the graphic specifications below for the best user experience.

Once these graphics are created, you will go in and load them to your event Admin Site. Please refer to our online modules for more information.
