What are the requirements for Multi-Event Application graphics?

The first time you set up an event through our Mobile App offerings, you will need to have Multi-Event Application (MSA) graphics ready for your Implementation Specialist. These graphics are generally specific to your organization rather than your event.

If you already have graphics in your MSA and would like to make changes to those graphics, all changes must go through your Implementation Specialist. These graphics do not have to change for each event, but if you would like to make changes to any of the graphics below here are the requirements:  

Button Graphic:

  • 1024Wx1024H pixels, 300 dpi, .png format
  • Apple Watch graphic guidelines require an icon with a light-colored background. If you would like to submit a button icon with a dark background for display on mobile devices separate from Apple Watch, please supply a second button graphic with either of the following options

Android Cover Photo:

  • 1024Wx500H pixels, 300dpi, .jpg or .png format
