What templates are available for data imports?

Please contact your mobile Implementation Specialist for the data template files.
If you need to add more information to the the provided template(s), this information must be added at the end (last column or last row). When information is added before the end of the template, this negatively impacts mapping.
If you are a returning client and would like to review your past show's submissions, please reach out to your Implementation Specialist. Please check your contract to verify what data imports you are contracted for.
Some items to note regarding your event data:
General Notes
Alerts
- Can only be imported one time
- After import, client has to manage all alerts via admin site
- Any contract type can use this
- Consider using the alerts template if you have more than 20 alerts
Attendees
- Please consult your contract to verify what you are contracted for
Abstracts
- Please consult your contract to verify what you are contracted for
Exhibitors
- Available for all contracts, but total number will vary based on your contract
Sessions
- Available for all contracts
- Only one role can be assigned per speaker per session
- Types and tracks can be used to categorize your sessions
Speakers
- Available for all contracts
- Only one role can be assigned per speaker per session
- Speaker headshots & exhibitor/sponsor logos must be dedicated URLs, shared drives are not supported

Hiding Deleted Records on Admin Site
