Where can I load my map?

At this time we ask clients to send maps (resort, conference center, and session room floor plans) to their Mobile Implementation Specialists in .png format. The ideal size for your map is 1024 pixels on any one side, but can not be larger than 2048 pixels on any one side. Note that two iterations are allowed, with the final being no more than two weeks prior to the event start.

For Follow Me contracts ONLY:

Interactive Exhibit Hall Map

  • Please confirm where your Exhibit Hall Map will be coming from. Will you provide us with a PNG & DWG or does this map live in a place where we can import it?
  • Both a dwg (CAD) and PNG file version of the exhibit hall are REQUIRED in order to create an interactive map.  If these files are not readily accessible, the event decorator who takes care of onsite booth outfitting and set up usually can provide these easily.
  • Note: If your exhibitor/map data is coming to our system via API feed from a third-party vendor, we will receive your maps that way unless otherwise specified or not supported by your data provider.
