How to Edit Popular Captions

This article provides step-by-step instructions for editing the popular captions with the event admin site. Popular Captions are common labels found within the mobile app.

1. Go to your admin page at: https://admin.core-apps.com/SHOWCODE
   

   Replace SHOWCODE with your event’s unique code.

   This link can also be found in your Kick-Off Email from your Implementation Specialist.

2. From the Home screen, click on the SHOW INFO tab at the top.

3.  In the Show Info section, select POPULAR CAPTIONS.
   

1. After clicking on POPULAR CAPTIONS, you’ll see a list of commonly used terms that can be renamed to better match the language your attendees are familiar with.

   Below is a quick preview of the POPULAR CAPTIONS available for customization.
   

5. When you rename a default term, the updated label will automatically appear throughout both the app and the admin portal.

Here are the default POPULAR CAPTIONS for Event, Exhibitor & Speaker

You can then customize default terms to better reflect your event’s language.

For instance:

Events → Sessions

Exhibitors → Exhibitors and Sponsors

Speakers → Facilitators

6. Click Save
