How to Edit Your App Theme

Idea
This article provides step-by-step instructions for using the Theme Editor to edit the look/theme of your app.
  1. Go to your admin page at: https://admin.core-apps.com/SHOWCODE
    • Replace SHOWCODE with your event’s unique code.
    • This link can also be found in your Kick-Off Email from your Implementation Specialist.
  2. From the Home screen, click on the SHOW INFO tab at the top.
  3. In the Show Info section, select THEME EDITOR.

4. After clicking on Theme Editor, you'll see a list of available themes to choose from, allowing you to create the design you want.

5. To preview different themes, simply select a theme, then click "Click here to refresh now" to see how it will appear in the app.


6. Once you’ve selected your desired design, it’s time to customize your theme:

  • Step 1: Choose the setting you want to modify.
  • Step 2: Click on the Color Setting—a color selection window will appear.
  • Step 3: Enter the RGB color value you’d like to use or pick a color from the color guide.
  • Step 4: Click "Choose" to apply the selected color.
  • Step 5: After the color is updated, a checkbox will appear to confirm that the change has been applied.

7. Once you've finished updating the settings, click “Finished.”

8. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to save your changes.

9. Click “Save Changes.

10. You’ll receive a second pop-up confirming that your changes were saved successfully.

11. Click “OK” to close the confirmation.
